They will be showcasing their new street food venture serving charcoal brioche burgers a selection of baos and whisky glazed BBQ beef ribs. Delicately cooked in the finest charcoal ovens supplied by Acentia food service equipment and paired with bull in a china shops award winning whisky cocktails, notably their charcoal chamomile old fashioned.

For the Last days of Shoreditch pop-up we have structured a small sample of our whisky cocktail menu , included will be the Charcoal Old-Fashioned plus a range of our whisky highball’s in which we will use apricot and fresh rhubarb, a few new editions have been made specifically for Last days of Shoreditch , one of them being the ‘Pineapple express’ made with Nikka from the barrel and grilled mashed salt baked fresh pineapple. If you’re a purist and prefer things neat,, apart from Nikka from the barrel , both the Nikka Coffey malt and Nikka coffey grain Whisky range will be on offer.
